Bone pain after stem cell transplant

I'm Day +16 during my stem cell transplant. It's been one week since my last Neupogen shot and I have bone pain in my lower legs and feet. Otherwise I feel pretty good and do walk 3 miles a day as it actually makes my feet feel better. Is this a common side effect and if so how long does it typically last?

Neupogen gave me the worst pain of my life the night before my Hickman catheter was put in, but the pain was in my back. Morphine and Oxycontin (oxycodone) did nothing for the pain, but when I was finally able to take some ibuprofen, the pain went away. I learned later that Neupogen can cause bone pain from inflammation, and anti-inflammatory medications are much better than opiate pain killers, and keep you mind clearer as well. I would give ibuprofen a try and if that does not help I would talk to your doctor.
