Re: Bone Marrow Biopsy - Low Level Plasma Cell Neoplasm
Per hemo today still waiting on reread and decisions about treatment
Per neurosurgeon report according to hemo abnormalities in neuro exam waiting for clarification as to what. per hemo note the emg would probably show neuropathy according to neurosurgeon. Still not ordered yet. Neurosurgeon recommends TENS right now. Huh?

Re: Bone Marrow Biopsy - Low Level Plasma Cell Neoplasm
According to Hemo Reread -
conflicting with the first read -
now both pathologist are going to consult with each other about what type of cells are showing in the marrow. If they can't agree repeat of the bone marrow - if they can agree then i sit and wait until repeat in August
EMG not being ordered based on recommendation that the treatment at this point from the neurosurgeon would be TENS and PT to aid in the Neurological Issues
Seems to be a matter of opinion at this point
Still being treated for dyskinesia at this point
Hemo says cytoxan is wrong drug of choice if suspected underlying leukemia or other - and would not recommend as it can weaken immune system.
Will know by the end of the week if they are repeating the bone marrow now -
What does one do when obvious decisions are based on opinions and conflicting even within the same facility?
