Help with bone marrow biopsy + lab results?

Can some one help me with my bone marrow biopsy and labs one year after auto transplant?

Any help would be appreciated.

I am taking no meds because my platelet is low

Summary : Finding show minute of population of monoclonal cell in a background of polyclonal plasma cell.

Plasma cells are not significantly increased comprising approximately 3% of marrow cellularity overall.

Microscopic description
Biopsy
section show normocellular bone marrow cellularity of 50% with focal aspiration artifact

creatinine 1.45 mg/dl
immunoglobulin A 44 L
immunoglobulin G 1570
immunoglobulin M 48

immunglob kappa FLC 1.72
immunglob lambda FLC 1.49
Kappa lambda FLC rato 1.15

M-spike 0.7 g/dl
% M-spike 9.3

kappa/lambda Ratio 3.8 H
kappa iight chain 401 H

This is a good baseline to measure from. It looks like you should start some sort of treatment regiment and see how your body responds. The numbers don't alarm me, but then again I am not a doctor. It is not where you start, but how you respond and your numbers after that.

It would be important for us to know your pretreatment (diagnosis labs) as well as thouse 3 months (or 100 days) post transplant for comparison. Further, myeloma associate organ damage must be considered- CRAB (Hypercalcemia, Renal failure, Anemia, and lytic Bone disease). If they remain stable compared to your post-transplant, then I would not be overly concern.

Being one year I would consider holding off on post-transplant to start maintenance or continuing therapy until relapse.

Here is my 100 day post transplant bmb
monoclonal plasma cells 0.35 % of cells , positive for cytoplasmic kappa cd 38, cd45 negative cd19, cd56 immunohistochemical stain.
cd138 shows approximately 6-8 plasma cells

microscopic description
bone marrow biopsy: sections of bone marrow biopsy show patchy cellularity, foci of 40 t0 50 % and foci of 20% cellularity with plasma cells mild perivascular and in small groups comprising of approximately 6- 8% of marrow cells
