Blood test results - interpretation?

Just received these results and seems like mixed bag.

Beta2 microglobulin, serum 2.97 0.0 2.51

IgG 556 694 - 1618
IgA 68 81 - 463
IgM 132 48 - 271

Kappa free 13.1 3.3 - 19.4
Lambda free 8.3 5.7 - 26.3
Kappa/lambda ratio 1.58 0.26 - 1.65


No bone marrow biopsy results yet.

Some context would be helpful. Are you in the process of getting an initial diagnosis, or are these results from regular monitoring? What led you to have the tests carried out in the first place?
