B2 M-spike and gamma M bands - any difference?

B2 M protein and gamma M protein - any difference?

My gamma was always lower side, within limit, range B2 was always raised and above limit. My M spike was zero by this lab but after eleven cycle it shows gamma raised and 0.36 g/dl monoclonal band.
