Apple cider vinegar - anyone find value in it?

by LadyLib on Thu Jun 19, 2014 10:14 pm

I know apple cider vinegar is viewed as a "cure all" natural remedy for many ailments. Has anyone found value in it as a regimen or dietary add? Just wondering.

I don't know about a diet supplement, but I use it to clear my sinus. The mixture l use is one tablespoon of the apple cider vinegar to a glass of water. I use a small spray bottle to apply the solution. Usually use it as a mouth rinse at the same time.

Seems pretty effective -- usually clears my nose in about half an hour or less.

I think it helps with leg cramping at night.
