What would be the course of treatment if you have no matches for an allogeneic transplant?

Hi Grace,

Sorry to hear that you're having trouble finding a donor for a potential allo transplant.

I know your initial diagnosis was primary PCL. What were your treatments so far, and how did you respond to them? Both are likely to affect the treatment options your physicians will be suggesting.

Also, do you know to what extent a PCL diagnosis limits your options in terms of clinical trials? Have any trials been recommended to you?

Hi Gracie,

Is this a hypothetical question, or are have you already started searching for a match and are finding that no match actually exists so far?
