abdominal swelling w/back pain

Hello,
I have had abdominal swelling with my increased back pain. The upper ab pressure is causing discomfort in my chest area as well. The swelling also has given me breathing discomfort. I have thoractic and lumbar pain and the fosamax is not doing the job to reduce my pain level. I am mgus patient with bleeding complication and have been excepted in the NIH trial. I am trying to figure out whats going on before I start in a month.

There are many potential causes of these symptoms and it's not possible to make an assessment in an online setting. I would suggest you follow up with your oncologist or primary care physician for a more detailed discussion, physical exam, and further testing as needed.
