Hi everyone,

Is there any downtime associated with the fat pad biopsy (i.e., sedation, general anesthesia), or is it done just by local anesthetic? I'm having a fat pad biopsy in a few weeks and was wondering if I'd need to arrange a driver or take the next day off of work or anything?

Abdominal fat pad biopsy was easier than most IVs I've had placed. Totally easy, especially compared with the other stuff we have to go through.
