I am on a 3 rounds of Kyprolis and Pomalyst with 1 day of dex, 21 days on, 1 week off.
I had them run additional tests and my light chain ratios are all normal.
I feel great about the results and hope that this last blast of the 3 rounds gets me to the zero M-spike so I can start the maintenance therapy.
Thanks for you responses.
Fight on!

Re: 100 days post SCT - M-spike in blood but not in urine
Crazy thing. When I first posted this, my M-spike was a 0.4 g/dL. I had them run a second test BEFORE chemo and it came back at 0.14 g/dL.
Could this mean this was residual? Or does is mean that LabCorp is just unreliable?

I think that it means that M-spike tests are not precise when measuring such low concentrations.

I like the sound of that, "low concentrations".

Congratulations on that great news! I'd be blasting the music, too.

Re: 100 days post SCT - M-spike in blood but not in urine
I went back yesterday and my doctor was out of town for an emergency. His back up is following the plan and having me do another round of Kyprolis, Pomalyst, and dexamethasone for 21 days. I was hoping to go right into maintenance, but I have no issues of handling 3 more weeks of chemo!
They wanted to see if they can get my M-spike to zero, which it has hit after 2 to 3 rounds. I feel like my decision not to go for another stem cell transplant was the right one for now, having 2 more sets of stem cells saved for the future.
Praying for long remission period. Once on maintenance, I will now be able to get a hip replacement, which has been a long time coming ...
