TNT Seeking Volunteers To Support Research Through Marathon Training - Each year, TNT (Team In Training) helps more than 35,000 participants train for half or full marathons and triathlons.  Their proceeds help the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society find cures for leukemia, Hodgkin's and non-Hodgkin's lymphoma, and myeloma.  Volunteers are currently needed for the Georgia chapter.  Visit the TNT national Web site for events near you.

'Light The Night' Walk Team Raises $100,000 For Leukemia & Lymphoma Society - The Jack's Mannequin Team, headed by its LA rock band namesake, raised $100,000 for leukemia, lymphoma, and myeloma research at the annual 'Light the Night' autumn walk in Burbank, CA.  Significant contributions came from the Dear Jack Foundation ($40,000) and the family of cancer patient Matt Cwiertny ($16,000).  For more information on Jack's Mannequin visit the Dear Jack Foundation.  Visit the 'Light the Night' home page to learn about walks near you.
