Meet The Doctor With Dr. Ikhlaque — This free patient education program, sponsored by the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS), will be held on April 8, from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Ohio Valley Medical Center in Wheeling, WV. The event will provide current disease and treatment information for blood cancers and management strategies for patients, family members, and caregivers. Milestones In Myeloma Therapy — The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS) will host a free patient education program on April 13, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Gilda’s Club in Grand Rapids, MI. The program will cover an overview of multiple myeloma, a review of current and emerging drug therapies, management of disease and treatment-related side effects, as well as emotional aspects and support.
