Coping With Cancer Pain: What You Need To Know - CancerCare is sponsoring an educational teleconference workshop on March 5, from 1:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m ET. The event will allow people to learn how to cope with cancer pain from their own home or office. The workshop will be conducted by professionals from pain and supportive care services and will focus on cancer pain overall. Questions are welcomed and encouraged. Patient And Family Member Education Series: Understanding The Social Security Disability Maze – The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS) is holding a program focusing on helping patients and their families understand social security disability issues on March 5 from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. The program will be held at the Pacific Oncology Cancer Center in Beaverton, OR. Second Annual Gala For Multiple Myeloma Research – The 2nd Annual Gala for Multiple Myeloma Research is an event held by the Multiple Myeloma Opportunities for Research & Education (MMORE) to raise funds for the benefit of The Ohio State University Comprehensive Cancer Center.
