Happy Holidays!

As the 2014 holiday season reaches it peak, all of us here at The Myeloma Beacon would like to thank you, our readers and members of the Beacon community, for giving us the greatest gift possible: your time.
We appreciate your coming to The Beacon and reading our articles, letting us know your thoughts about them, and sharing your experiences and helping one another in our forums.
The holiday season is a time of many different traditions. It also is a busy time, when it is easy to lose track of the special meaning this time of year was intended to have.
We hope, nevertheless, that all of us will find time – regardless of the adversity we face – to look back at the past year and give thanks for the good we have experienced.
Likewise, as we remember and honor those we have known who are no longer with us, let us take time to celebrate the opportunity we have now to be with people we love and cherish.
And, last but not least, let us hope and pray that the time ahead brings joy and the best health possible to ourselves and those we care about.
Happy Holidays, Beacon community!
Thank you for this site, Happy Holidays and Merry Christmas to the Beacon staff, sponsors, and your families.
What a great place this. Merry Christmas and may God bless you all.
I, too, say "thank you" for our web site and for all those who support the mm community.
The Beacon:
Words fail me. I read the Beacon News religiously and I am grateful for every word! I was diagnosed in 2014. As was the case for many before me, the diagnosis was almost by accident. I am very grateful for my internist who noticed the extra proteins lurking about.
The Beacon has inspired me to volunteer as often as I can to help others as others have helped me.
This journey has been made so much easier with the workshops I have joined, the cancer "buddies" I have made, and most of all the Beacon.
Thank you dear Beacon and may we all enjoy a wondrous New Year ...
Wishing you all love and warmth as we continue this journey with multiple myeloma!
Thank you Mark, Marvin, Sylvia, and Ed for your kind and very generous comments. We are so glad to hear that The Beacon and its community mean as much to you as they do. We look forward to doing even more in the New Year to serve you and everyone else in the myeloma community.
So thankful for all you do. Thank you. A happy and healthy 2015 wished for all of you.
Thank you all for my second Myeloma Beacon year to experience. Hope everybody has a good 2015 in peace with; the world, people around you, your capabilities or what is left of them and even to some extension with MM. "LOVE, LIVE LIFE, LAUGH and LEARN to let go"
I, too, want to thank the Myeloma Beacon staff and all who share their wisdom and experience with MM. Often, the Beacon has been my lifeline guiding me through the day. What an appropriate name!!! May 2015 bring us all peace, rest, and one step closer to the cure.
You don't know how nice it is to get feedback like the comments you've posted, Brenda, Christel, and Cindy. Thank you so much, and Happy New Year to you and all those close to you!
Thank you for the site. I am the caregiver for my husband who has been battling MM for the past 11 years. He has had a relapse and is currently being treated with Velcade and Dexa. I just want to let you know how grateful I am for this site and all the articles written here. I'm more informed since signing up in this site. Thank you so much!!! Many blessings to the staff and writers. Hoping 2015 will bring a miracle for the MM community!
