Could my lab results be a warning?

Your tests are CBC (missing ANC numbers) and a partial chemistry panel, with emphasis on iron, but are not multiple myeloma-specific tests. There is nothing in those test results that look out of the ordinary from a multiple myeloma perspective.

If you had severe anemia (very low red counts, hemoglobin and hematocrit), then that might lead to more tests. Or if your white count and ANC count were low, that might indicate a compromised immune system. Also, if your total protein was high or you had a high calcium count, that might be a concern.

I did not see any tests to measure kidney function, such as BUN and creatinine. Based on every­thing else, I would guess they would be normal as well.

What makes you think that you are at risk for multiple myeloma?

Some of the symptoms I have been having, and all kinds of cancer run in the family. Thanks for the reply. Just not really sure what all of these tests mean except they are checking liver and kidneys. BUN was normal, GFR normal, but anion gap was high.
