Kappa / lambda ratio has gone up - what's it mean?
My kappa / lambda ratio went from 50 to 190 in 6 weeks. Does that mean anything?

You need to be careful not to look at just one lab result when trying to spot a trend or worrisome sign. I assume these k/l ratios were from a Freelite serum assay?
What did your individual lambda and kappa values do in that same time? What did your M-spike, involved immunoglobulin (IgG, IgA, etc.), hemoglobin, calcium, and creatinine levels do from the previous test to this one? (Please include the units of measure.)
