Hello! My name is Rita, and I am engaged to a wonderful man named Matty. Matty was diagnosed with multiple myeloma earlier this year (2010). From the beginning, he has approached the battle with multiple myeloma with such an amazing attitude.
We have received so much support from friends and family, and Matty has created a page to chronicle his treatments and triumphs.

Thanks for introducing yourself. I hope all goes well for Matty. As you've probably learned by now, there is a lot of optimism among myeloma patients these days given all the new treatments that have been developed.
All of us here on the forum hope you'll keep us updated regularly on how things are going with you and Matty. Please post your experiences, questions, and learnings. I'll certainly be interested to see what you have to say.
