Bone legions while in Remission

I obtained CR after RVD and SCT in September 2012. I'm now doing Revlimid Maintenance and feeling good. I continue my monthly Aredia. I've been told that I should NOT see anymore bone legions as I have very little M protein (.05) or no trace. However, I have read where patients in remission continue to see bone loss. ???

The monthly Aredia would minimize the risk of bone loss.

With very low levels of disease, it is unlikely to develop new bone or kidney problems.
