excess saliva

It's not life threatening or painful - just one of those little nuisance things.
When on chemo, my husband has an excess of saliva, especially when he's sleeping, which results in wet bedclothes and nightwear.
Has anyone found anything to alleviate this?

My mouth issues we more just some soreness and a few mouth sores. The DR told me to try Biotene mouth rinse which helped immeidately to create pre-chemo feeling and less dryness or excess saliva. I use it in the morning and night after brushing my teeth and after eating. Hope this helps.

Thanks pwipfli. He has also had a sore mouth.
After writing last time, I think I should have asked if anyone else has had this problem.
Has anyone else had a problem with excess saliva?
