Blepharitis associated with Darzalex

by Diane T on Mon Jul 16, 2018 8:03 pm

Hello,

I am doing very well on Darzalex, but I have had eyelid inflammation, mainly red painful bumps all over and under the eyelids. I see two ophthalmologists, one for the retina (everything is stable), and a cornea specialist for ongoing cornea inflammation, recently improved with latest treatment (long, crazy story, won’t bore you with that). The red bumps are fairly recent, not been seen yet by a doctor.

I'm wondering if this is something common with Darzalex.

I had blepharitis and very dry eyes with Ninlaro (ixazomib).

Thank you!
Diane

I get bumps and red spots on my face and arms. Went to a dermatologist and he prescribed me a cream called fluorouracil. Seems to be working
