Lifestyle choices after transplant,

I remain in remission since a Sept. ASCT. My protien numbers have stabilized in a range of .14 to .17 (1.4 to 1.7 US rating). I'm on Spectra, 15mg Revlimid. and Zometa monthly. My health is remarkable considering a Sept. ASCT.

I'm prone to dehydration and use 2-3 litres of Perrier or the grocery store carbonated water minimum daily. I'm wondering about things like PH balanc?

When first diagnoised Barb put me on an iron supplement that worked well. I stopped it as the ASCT approached but would like to start up again?

Green Tea was dropped by Doctor's order as it was contradictory to VelDex during chemo. Any reason to not start dinking it again?

Is milk ok with a monthly treatment of zometa? Calcim in general? My Calcim numbers are fine.

My Myeloma was stage 1 and of the benign genetic variation. Its early but my Doctor, Nazir Bahlis, has given me a good prognosis.
