Canuck Bob-
I like your new hobby! Shoot a few Myeloma cells for me. I live in the city and if I did some shooting I would run up against the law.
Keep well,
Nancy

Re: Early chemo report and prognosis. Fatigue advice please?
Good postings. I am also a Baker (Calgary) patient and am so happy to be under their care.
I have issues with fatigue, but I agree that attitude, exercise, sleep and involvement help to deal with the daily problems of not having total control of one's destiny.
I have now given in to one sleeping pill and about 2 am I wake and I take one Lorazepam.
I have never been much for pills, but now I think differently-do what is best under the circumstances.
