The following advanced searches are permitted:
If you do not want results that include a certain term, attach a minus sign immediately before the word that you wish to exclude. A space should precede the minus sign, but there should not be a space between the minus sign and the word to be excluded. You can exclude as many words as you would like by placing a minus sign in front of each word you wish to exclude. For example, [ treatment -side -effects ]
The *, or wildcard, can be used in a search term to represent one or more characters. The * can be used at the beginning, end, or in the middle of a search term. For examples [ treat* ] would return results that include "treat" "treating" "treatment", etc. [ *symptomatic ] would return results that include "symptomatic" or "asymptomatic". [ tr*t ] would return results that include "treat" "treatment" "trust" "transplant", etc.
