Which curcumin now?

Lots of new formulas out these days.

Since normal Curcumin is poorly bio available, Which alternative is best?

I went with the brand used in a clinical trial: Doctors Best C3 complex. 8 grams/day. I switched to Thorne Mervia and my numbers went the wrong way. Back on Doctors Best.
